Feeling Smooth has been making guests feel amazing for over 20 years in our Port Melbourne location. In 2021 we expanded opening our 2nd Feeling Smooth location in Moonee Ponds offering the same friendly, relaxed environment that we have become so well known for.

We specialise in beauty treatments such as waxing, tans, brows and lash lifts and have skilled therapists with extensive skin knowledge offering a bespoke range of skin treatments from Facials right through to medical grade skin treatment. We love changing skins and getting our clients the results they desire.

booking policy

All existing appointments and appoinments made in person or over the phone require an updated credit card to secure the booking.

Online bookings will process a 100% deposit at time of booking

Appointments that are not confirmed 48 hours prior will automatically be cancelled

cancelation policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations and changes to all appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to show up to your appointment will result in 50% cancellation fee, without exception.


Cancellations and changes within 24hrs or failure to show up to your appointment will result in 100% cancellation fee.

All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time.

To ensure punctual service for all clients, appointments that start late due to client lateness may result in a shorter service for the client.

Changes to your appointment must be made via 9646 4131 only.

To support and protect our small local run business we unfortunately cannot exempt any reasons for cancellation.

By booking you are agreeing to the Feeling Smooth cancellation policy and your stored credit card will be used to take cancellation fees.

Shipping policy

We’re here to get your skincare to you—smoothly and quickly.

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

We offer complimentary express shipping via Australia Post on all orders over $150.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled. Please refer to our shipping methods for all orders under our shipping threshold:
